New Music Wednesday: run lolo run vol. 2!

Last week, Chris wrote a great post about the scientifically proven benefits music can have on your workout performance. He said:

“From the very beginning, we here at lolo understood the importance of music during your workout. Our very first app, BeatBurn Treadmill/Outdoor Trainer allowed users to take their own music and change it to perfectly match their pace. Why? Because we understood the simple fact the exercise is hard, and everything we do is about making it feel easy. We have all kinds of tricks to dull the pain of exercise and turn it into an enjoyable experience, and one of our greatest tricks is beat-synced music.”

That statement perfectly explains why we created our very own, customized “lolo” workout album. Music is built into our core! Every step, every rep, every push… is set to the appropriate beat to help you maximize your performance. This album is mixed at 135 bpm - a great universal bpm. Our apps can take it from 135 and adjust the bpms to 115 or 160 or whatever is needed to perfectly match every lolo workout. It’s a universal workout fit.

With run lolo run vol. 2, we’ve brought you some killer tracks to try out! Just like the volume 1, this album a cool fusion of chart-topping pop hits (like, “Hey Mama”, “G.D.F.R.” and “Five More Hours”) and EDM fan favorites like “On Our Way” and “Prayer in C” and Calvin Harris’ “Outside”.

PLUS… we threw in some crazy unique tracks that we think you’ll like, such as “I’m an Albatroaz” and a slap-you-in-the-face track called “We Got it!” (they are FUN, trust us ;).

Take a listen! #keepingitfresh
