Athlete or not, imagine yourself surpassing your “normal” limits… then combine those elevating thoughts with some classic stadium-style songs. It’s a winning combination that offers mental entertainment (the thought of “me” winning a race… ha! etc) and it’s physically and emotionally uplifting - two awesome signs of a great workout.
