On a low carb diet? Have some fruit.
I'm a big fan of the low-carb diet. Not only has it been shown to be more effective than a low-fat diet, but it bestows many additional health benefits over a typical diet. However, I’ve noticed over the years people get too focused on meat and dairy and ignore fruits and vegetables because they don’t think it’s part of the plan. It’s absolutely part of the plan, and with a little explanation, you’ll understand why.
